Building on Past Success

ARD has a proven track record of empowering marginalized communities. We have successfully trained over 800 unemployed youth in computer skills and placed them in jobs. Our women's empowerment programs have trained over 450 women in sewing and other skills, increasing their employment prospects. This project leverages this experience to provide targeted technical training for the most vulnerable members of our community.
