APPROACH


The programmes will allow students to gain skills and knowledge that are directly relevant to working. Demonstrate knowledge and skills and standards recognized by the industry sector as appropriate. Develop work habits and proactive appropriate for further training and employment.

Training Quality


Action for Rural Development will provide high quality training programmes to the candidates as per the proposed courses. The concept, curriculum, training will enable the student to sustain all the requirements of the present day industry.

Selection Test


Before starting of any programme students will be subjected to screening test/counseling and basing on their performance the test they will be notified to which programme they are suitable

Infrastructure


Action for Rural Development shall provide the entire requisite infra like classrooms, computers, computer tables, chairs, sewing machines etc to the students for the training programme.

Soft Skills


The unique feature of this whole programme is to stress on the important requisite of today’s job i.e., effective communication and personality. All courses come with special package of effective communication and personality development. The package includes English proficiency, business communication, self development, body language, leadership, mock interviews, group discussions, effective team bahaviour etc. During holidays awareness programme, extracurricular and recreational activities also form part of the programme.

Tests


Periodical test ware conducted and evaluation is done and all the results are sent to the sponsoring agency from time to time. At the end of the training session the final test conducted.

Certification


Action for Rural Development provides participation certificate to the students who have completed the training programme. The programme is periodically monitors. The personnel from sponsoring agency can also visit and when required to monitor and evaluate as per their standards. Action for Rural Development also furnishes necessary reports required by the sponsoring agency

Placements


Action for Rural Development will provide placements to all the eligible trainees as per department requirements and guidelines

Role of Sponsor


Issue of work orders, Designate a person to coordinate this project, Provide participants list 1 week before commencement of training programme, Payments would be made through demand draft on “Action for Rural Development” payable at Vijayawada/NEFT/RTGS.

Placement Support


Emphasis on employability through assistance in CV and interview preparation , Extensive tie-ups across industry and functions, Dedicated team working on placements.
